Why We Exist

Distributors stock what moves. The common filters and gaskets are on the shelf, and everything else is a special order with a lead time attached. That works until the part you need is the uncommon one.

We focus on the parts that are hard to find when a machine is down — the float switch, the thermistor, the valve coil that only appears in a handful of manuals and that nobody carries because it fails once every few years. Those are the parts that turn a one-hour repair into a week of waiting.

Fitment here comes from the manufacturers' own published parts manuals. For every part we record the number, the description as the manual gives it, the quantity, the diagram reference and each manual that lists it — and we cite the manual and page on the page itself, so you can check us. We link the manufacturer's manual rather than copying it.
